GVIVE GEISHA BALLS Mini
GVIVE GEISHA BALLS Mini
These balls are designed for a pelvic floor training system, designed for a healthier sexual life for women. By performing Kegel exercises by changing weights, you will develop stronger muscles. It is recommended that you have previously consulted with a Pelvic Floor professional who will tell you what your pelvic tone is for the correct use of the product.
The effectiveness of training with Kegel balls for beginners is ensured, among other things, by the shifted centre of gravity of Gvibe Geisha Balls Mini. Thanks to this, the balls always tend to slide, which means that the muscles are forced to contract and you will train without realising it.
Geisha Balls Mini are made of ABS plastic, a safe, hypoallergenic and non-porous material, easy to clean and easy to store. The rope is made of soft medical grade silicone. Make sure to wash the balls before first use and after each workout.

HOW TO USE
The exercise always starts with the lightest weight in the set, this way you can test whether you really need to start with a heavier weight. Place the lightest ball in its sheath, choose your favourite water-based lubricant, relax your muscles and insert the ball into your vagina, pushing it gently.
Perform the exercises recommended by your Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. The daily time of use should not exceed 30 minutes. Once finished, relax your muscles and remove the balls with the help of the handle. When you can comfortably hold the weight you are working with, you will be ready to change to a heavier weight.
Do not use the balls for impact exercises such as running, galloping, jumping, etc., as these situations can cause hypertonia of your pelvic floor. Wash the product before and after each use with soap and water.
You can then move on to training with two balls: put the heavier ball on the bottom and the lighter one on top. Once you have mastered the exercises with the heavier balls, you can place them in your vagina without the string and try to hold them (and this is very difficult).
A more detailed outline of how to use Kegel balls for beginners can be found in the device's user manual. One set of Gvibe Geisha Balls Mini will last you more than six months of training!
