HOW TO USE IT

The exercise always starts with the thinnest dilator. Now choose your favorite water-based lubricant to make insertion easy, relax your muscles and insert it into your vagina, gently pushing it as far as you feel comfortable.

Perform the exercises recommended by your Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. The daily time of use should not exceed 15 minutes. Once finished, relax your muscles and remove it with the help of its handle. When you can comfortably hold the dilator you are working with, you will be ready to change to the next one. Wash the product before and after each use with soap and water.

REMEMBER: It is not necessary to hold your breath or move your legs, abdomen, buttocks or chest to correctly perform pelvic floor exercises.
