Soft-Tampons are the ideal complement to conventional tampons: thanks to Soft-Tampons, swimming, sauna, sports, nudism and sexual intercourse no longer have to fall victim to the natural cycle. HOW TO USE IT

Always wash your hands before inserting Soft-Tampons. To make insertion easier, we recommend applying some lubricant, e.g. AQUAglide, to the tampon or moistening it with clean water, then squeezing it well to obtain maximum fluid absorption capacity. The easiest way to insert the tampon in the bathroom is to put one leg up (e.g. on a chair). Place your index finger in the hollow of the tampon, grab the sides of the tampon with your thumb and middle finger and squeeze it together to form the gripping tab. With your other hand, open your labia and now push the tampon with your index and/or middle finger so far into the vagina that the side of the tampon touches the cervix.

The Soft-Tampon is correctly positioned when it can no longer be felt. It should be placed approximately in front of the cervix.

The tampon can be easily removed via the integrated grip tab by pulling it out with your index or middle finger on the grip tabs. If it is still difficult to remove, we recommend squatting or sitting on the toilet with your legs apart. This will shorten the vaginal depth from nine to ten centimetres to about four to five centimetres.

Soft-Tampons should be changed as often as possible (maximum usage time: 8 hours). When inserting the tampon, make sure your hands are clean. Tampons should not be used in particular at night.

MATERIAL

Soft-Tampons are made from an OEKO-TEX certified PU foam. If a textile item has been awarded the STANDARD 100 label, you can be sure that all components of this item, i.e. also all threads, buttons and other accessories, have been tested for harmful substances and that the item is therefore ecologically safe for humans. They are also OEKO-TEX certified.
