The density of the product is a little thicker than non-edible oils, so use it for specific erogenous zones that you want to stimulate. Do not use it inside the vagina, as it can alter the pH. For penetration, a water-based or silicone-based lubricant is recommended. 

Remember not to apply it on damaged or irritated skin and not to ingest large quantities. To remove the product, use water and neutral soap.
