YOBA SET
YOBA SET
The pelvic floor can weaken due to age, the practice of impact sports, pregnancy, childbirth or other reasons. To work and strengthen the pelvic muscles you can use exercise sets with different weights and sizes that allow you to progress in training and/or adapt it to each person or muscle condition. For this reason, it is recommended that you have previously consulted with a Pelvic Floor professional who will tell you what your pelvic tone is for the correct use of the product.
A strong pelvic floor prevents urinary incontinence and also improves your sex life by helping you gain more control over your vagina, increasing natural lubrication and libido. This set is a three-piece pessary that is easy to insert thanks to its silky textured medical silicone. Its design with different shapes makes the exercise a bit more difficult to ensure successful pelvic strengthening.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Different forms with greater difficulty.
- Silky soft touch balls.
- Material: Hypoallergenic silicone and ABS.
- Weights: 29 grams, 40 grams and 48 grams.
- Measurements: 11 cm total length and 2.5 cm diameter.
HOW TO USE
The exercise always starts with the lightest weight in the set, this way you can test whether you really need to start with a heavier weight. Take the lightest ball, choose your favourite water-based lubricant, relax your muscles and insert the ball into your vagina, pushing it gently.
Perform the exercises recommended by your Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. The daily time of use should not exceed 30 minutes. Once finished, relax your muscles and remove the ball with the help of its handle. When you can comfortably hold the weight you are working with, you will be ready to change to a heavier weight.
Do not use the balls for impact exercises such as running, galloping, jumping, etc., as these situations can cause hypertonia of your pelvic floor. Wash the product before and after each use with soap and water.
REMEMBER: It is not necessary to hold your breath or move your legs, abdomen, buttocks or chest to correctly perform pelvic floor exercises.
